General exercise

This game will train the skills around coordination and spatial awareness. 
This game is purely focused on fun.

Material

  1. 1 Ledsreact Basic per 1-8 players
Description

  1. Place the Ledsreact Basic on a spacious surface (radius 6m)
  2. One player stands at the end of each direction.
  3. The players leave on the same signal and run towards the Ledsreact Basic. The player who comes from the direction indicated by the Ledsreact Basic must try to run back to his starting point as quickly as possible before the others can tag him. The players who are not indicated must try to tag the indicated player.

Variations

  1. Increase or decrease the distance between the starting positions
  2. Let the players lie on the ground before they leave
  3. The players receive an assignment per color
  4. Tag the opposite
  5. Place material on the way
  6. Let the players run to another zone after they have received a signal
  7. Work with colors instead of directions. Each start gets a different color.
