How to add managers and trainers?
Empower your coaching team by seamlessly adding trainers or managers to your Ledsreact Pro account. Here's a step-by-step guide to get your coaching staff on board:
1. Navigate to 'Trainers/Managers' tab
- Begin by logging into your Ledsreact Pro account.
- On the left side of your screen, locate and click on the "Trainers/Managers" tab.
2. Add a new trainer or manager
- Look for the "+" icon within the Trainers section and click on it
3. Enter the details
- A new window will appear, prompting you to enter the details of the coach you want to add.
- Include essential information such as the coach's name, email address, and any other pertinent details.
- Select the role for the new team member. You have the option to designate them as a manager or a trainer based on their responsibilities.
5. Click "Create":
- After entering the necessary information and assigning a role, click on the "Create" button to finalize the addition of the new coach.
6. Email Activation Link:
- Once you create the new coach profile, an email with an activation link is automatically sent to the provided email address.
- The coach will receive this email, guiding them through the activation process.
