How to add managers and trainers?

Empower your coaching team by seamlessly adding trainers or managers to your Ledsreact Pro account. Here's a step-by-step guide to get your coaching staff on board:

1. Navigate to 'Trainers/Managers' tab

Begin by logging into your Ledsreact Pro account.
On the left side of your screen, locate and click on the "Trainers/Managers" tab.

2. Add a new trainer or manager

Look for the "+" icon within the Trainers section and click on it

3. Enter the details

A new window will appear, prompting you to enter the details of the coach you want to add.
Include essential information such as the coach's name, email address, and any other pertinent details.

4. Choose the role - Manager or Trainer

Select the role for the new team member. You have the option to designate them as a manager or a trainer based on their responsibilities.

5. Click "Create":

After entering the necessary information and assigning a role, click on the "Create" button to finalize the addition of the new coach.

6. Email Activation Link:

Once you create the new coach profile, an email with an activation link is automatically sent to the provided email address.
The coach will receive this email, guiding them through the activation process.
