How to connect your device with a personal hotspot?
If you are not able to connect your Ledsreact Pro with WiFi you can use the personal hotspot of your mobile phone. Here are the steps to make a connection:
1. Open the Ledsreact App and go to menu
- Login on you mobile app
- Tap Menu to open the menu
2. Click on Ledsreact Pro
- Click on Ledsreact Pro to open the Ledsreact Pro menu
3. Click on your connected Ledsreact Pro device and open the Wifi menu
- Tap on your Ledsreact Pro
- Tap on the arrow next to Network
- All the available networks will open
4. Go to your settings on your phone
- Open the settings on your phone to check if the hotspot is turned on
5. Select your hotpot
- Tap on the name of your hotspot
6. Connect to your hotspot
- Fill in the password of your hotspot
- Tap connect
- Your connected when your Pro is connected to your hotspot
- When the name of your hotspot does not appear it can be good to enable the hotspot function a couple of times
7. Your data will be uploaded to the web platform
- With software version 3.2.0 you can see in the software version how many attempts there are still stored on your device. This will go down when you are selected with the hotspot
- Your attempts will be visible in the web platform
8. IMPORTANT
If your device is in a company network that also has mobile device management (MDM) over your device, contact the administrator to verify that the 'mobile hotspot' feature is enabled for your smartphone.
