1. Open the 5-10-5 test menu 

1. The exercises menu will appear
   
2. Tap 5-10-5 test

2. Open the 5-10-5 test variables menu

1. Tap "create a custom exercise"
   
2. Tap variables
   
3. The 5-10-5 variables menu will open
   

3. Select the variables you would like to change to create your custom 5-10-5 test

1. The distance from checkpoint 3 to 1 or 2 is related to the distance from the Ledsreact Pro to the turning point
   
2. When selecting the random variable the Ledsreact Pro will decide towards which direction the player must run first, left or right. 
   
3. When selecting the variable left or right the player must run towards the selected distance to perform his test

4. Give your 5-10-5 test a name

1. Tap next to create your custom 5-10-5 test 
   
2. Tap below Title
   
3. Fill in the name you would like to give to your custom 5-10-5 test
   
4. TIP: add the distance and direction in the name of your test e.g 5-10-5 left
   

5. Save your custom test

1. Tap continu
   
2. The player menu will open. Select the players and tap start in case you would like to run the test 
   
3. If not, you can find back you test in the 5-10-5 test menu
