How to create a custom Basic Detection Zone exercise?

By following these steps you will be able to create your own Basic detection zone exercises
  1. Here I will create a left and right hard cut drill to train the change of direction capacities of players under high speed

1. Open the Basic Detection zone variables menu

  1. Tap "Exercises below your screen"
  2. Tap "Basic Detection zone"
  3. Scroll down and tap "Create a custom exercise"
  4. Tap "Variables"

2. Create your own custom test by selecting the needed variables

  1. Set the repetitions or duration
    1. Fixed to select the amount of signals the player must react on before the exercise will finish
    2. Time to select the duration of the exercise before the exercise will finish
    3. Select infinite if no time or amount of signals need to be selected

3. Select the directions you would like to use

  1. Select the Directions the Ledsreact Pro must indicate (you can see the selected directions in the image of the Ledsreact Pro)
    1. Left, right, front and back

4. Select the colors

  1. Select the colors the Ledsreact Pro must provide (you can see the selected colors in the image of the Ledsreact Pro)
    1. Red and/or green and/or yellow and/or blue

5. Set the detection zone radius and signal delay

  1. Select the detection zone radius which means when the ledsreact Pro must provide a signal depending on the distance measured between the atlete and Ledsreact Pro.
    1. A signal will be given fast when the selected distance is large. We do recommend this for high speed change of direction drills.
    2. A signal will be given slow when the selected distance is small. We do recommend this for drills under normal running speed.
  2. Signal delay to select the delay befor a signal must be provided when a player is detected
    1. Fixed: the fixed time to provide a signal
    2. Random: a random time between X and Y e.g between 0,5 and 2 sec

6. Give your custom Basic detection exercise a name

  1. Tap "Next"
  2. Fill in the name you would like to provide to your custom exercise
  3. Tap "Continue" to save your name
