How to setup a custom Change of Direction Test?


By following the steps mentioned below your change of Direction or 5-0-5 test will run smoothly 

1. Position the Ledsreact Pro on the tripod on average hip hight of your team

2. Position the Ledsreact Pro (mounted on the tripod) on the surface with the letter A indicated towards the start

3. Position the starting line

  1. The starting line must be measured from the front of the Ledsreact Pro 
  2. Position 2 cones on the exact 3M or 10 ft point to indicate the starting position

4. Position the turning point 

  1. Measure out the preferred distance from the start to the turning point
  2. Position 2 cones to indicate the turning point 
  3. The turning point must be positioned according to the selecte distance in the menu variable (default setting 15M or 15Y)

5. Position the finish line 

  1. Position 2 cones on the exact finish distance to indicate the finish point

6. Position the running lanes single and multi player

  1. The running lanes width must be positioned 2,5M or 8,2 ft measured from the center to L and R side of the running lane
  2. The running lane length is 2M or 6,5 ft longer than the total running distance
  3. Mark the running lane width and length visual with cones
