How to create your custom test?

By following these steps you will be able to create your own custom test 

1. Important points to create a custom master checkpoint

  1. The name master checkpoint refers to the position of the start and finish
  2. The start and finish are positioned on the same spot
  3. The player need to run out and in the Master checkpoint to receive a next color
  4. When a player runs out and back in, this count as 1
  5. When the player runs back in the Master checkpoint a new visual stimuli will be given by the Ledsreact Pro
  6. You can run the master checkpoint test in single or multi player mode
  7. Each player will receive his own signal to react on
  8. Player 1 will receive his signal on number 1
  9. Player 2 will receive his signal on position 3

2. Open the master checkpoint variables menu

  1. Tap Master checkpoint in the exercise menu
  2. Tap "create a custom exercise"
  3. Tap variables
  4. The variable menu will appear



3. Select the variables you would like to change to create your custom Master Checkpoint test

  1. Attempts: the amount of times the selected players need to perform the test
  2. Repetitions: 
    1. Fixed: set the amount of signals the player must react on ( out and in of the master checkpoint point)
    2. Time: set the duration the player need to perform this test
  3. Light control: to select the colors you would like to use as a visual stimuli
    1. The selected colors appearing in the image of the Ledsreact Pro
    2. These colors will be given randomly
  4. Distance Ledsreact Pro to checkpoint
    1. This is the distance distance between the start and the Ledsreact Pro
  1. Main checkpoint radius:
    1. This is related to the diameter of the Master checkpoint
  2. Times in and out:
    1. This is related to the amount of times a player need to enter the Master checkpoint before a new signal is given

4. Give your custom test a name

  1. Tap next
  2. Tap below Title
  3. Fill in the name you would like to give to your custom test
TIP: add the distance you selected in the name e.g Side drill 30 sec interval training red and yellow


5. Save your test

  1. Tap continue to save your custom test
  2. The player menu will appear. Select your players and tap start if you would like to run the custom test
  3. If not, you can find back your test in the Master checkpoint menu
