How to create your custom sprint Test?
By following these steps you will be able to create your own sprint test:
1. Select the sprint test in the exercise menu
- Tap on the name sprint test
- All default sprint tests will appear
2. Open the variables menu
- Tap create a custom exercise
- Tap variables on top of your screen
- The variables menu of the sprint test will open
3. Select the variables you would like to change
- Variable distance checkpoint 1 to checkpoint 2 is related to the distance from the start to finish
- Variable attempt is related to the amount of attempts a selected player need to run the test
4. Give your custom test a name
- Tap next
- Tap below title
- Fill in the name you want to give to your test
5. Save the test
- Tap continu
- The test is now saved as custom test in the sprint test menu
- Select the players you would like to run the test with if you would like to run the test directly
