1. Select the sprint test in the exercise menu

1. Tap on the name sprint test
   
2. All default sprint tests will appear

2. Open the variables menu

1. Tap create a custom exercise
   
2. Tap variables on top of your screen
   
3. The variables menu of the sprint test will open
   

3. Select the variables you would like to change

1. Variable distance checkpoint 1 to checkpoint 2 is related to the distance from the start to finish
   
2. Variable attempt is related to the amount of attempts a selected player need to run the test
   

4. Give your custom test a name

1. Tap next
   
2. Tap below title
   
3. Fill in the name you want to give to your test

5. Save the test

1. Tap continu
   
2. The test is now saved as custom test in the sprint test menu
   
3. Select the players you would like to run the test with if you would like to run the test directly
