How to create your custom Agility Box Test?
When following these steps you will be able to create your own custom Agility box test
1. Open the agility box test variables menu
- Tap agility box in the exercises menu top open the agility box menu
- Tap "create a custom exercise"
- Tap variables top of your screen
- The agility box test variables menu will open
2. Select the variables you would like to change to create your custom agility box test
- Change signal delay to choose the delay when a signal must be given when the player entered the center point
- Change distance between cones to change the size of the box
- Change the repetitions to select the amount of signals the player must react on
3. Give your new test a name
- Tap next
- Tap below Title
- Fill in the name you would like to give to your Agility box test
TIP: add the selected distance in the name of your test
4. Save your custom agility box test
- Tap continu
- The player menu will appear. Select your players in case you would like to run your the test
- If not, you can find back your custom agility box test in the Agility box test menu
