1 Ledsreact Basic repeat characteristics

  1. The Ledsreact Basic repeat function is a function in which the Ledsreact Pro will provide a signal based on the time set via the mobile app. With this function cognitive aspect of  agility can be trained without need to run towards the Ledsreact Pro to receive a signal
  2. A signal can be a color or a direction

Working with Directions
By following the directions indicated on the Ledsreact Pro you can train changing direction without a lot of congitive triggers. Just reacting on the given direction.

3 Examples of exercises based on the Basic repeat function

A Sprint and adapt
In this drill the players will be cognitive challenged by remembering colors and adapting on each other. 

Position the Ledsreact Pro 
  1. Position the Ledsreact Pro on the surface in an area of at least 20M or 65 ft
Positioning the colored cones
  1. Position the colored cones green, red, yellow and blue in a square 2by 2M or 6,6 on 6,5 ft Left and right besides the Ledsreact Pro
  2. Position a yellow, green, blue and red cone in a row 20M or 65 ft away from the Ledsreact Pro
  3. Indicate a starting point 1M or 3,2 ft in front of the square


How to perform
  1. Players always need to start with 2
  2. From each starting position a player starts running into the square
  3. Both players do react on the colored signal by running around the colored cone according to first the provided color
  4. Both players do run around a second colored cone according to the second provided color
  5. When ran around the 2 colored cones the players do sprint towards the cones positioned in a line
  6. The players do need to adapt on each other
    1. Fastest player need to run towards the first color they ran around in the square
    2. The slowest player need to run towards the second color they ran around in the square

Position the Ledsreact Pro
  1. Position the Ledsreact Pro on the surface within a clear area 4 by 4M or 13 by 13 ft
Position the colored cones
  1. Create a square with a green, blue, yellow and red cone 3 by 3M or 9,! by 9,8 ft in front of the Ledsreact Pro 





How to perform this drill
  1. 2 players are standing in the center of the square
  2. One player does have a ball in his hands
  3. The player with the ball reacts on the provided color and runs towards the colored cone according to the given color by the Pro
  4. The second player is taking position on the cone on the cone positioned diagonal on the cone the first player need to run to
  5. The player passes the ball towards the other player
  6. The players return back to the center 
  7. The player who is having the ball now reacts on the provided color and runs towards the colored cone according to the given color by the Pro
  8. The second player is taking position on the cone on the cone positioned diagonal on the cone the first player need to run to
  9. The player passes the ball towards the other player
  10. Repeating as long as needed
