The exercise will help your players develop better ball handling skills, where reaction speed and coordination are important.

Material

  1. Minimum 1 Ledsreact Basic
  2. 1 Goal
  3. Neutral cones
  4. 1 Ball

Description

  1. Place the Ledsreact Basic 15M away from the goal.
  2. Turn on all directions.
  3. Place 4 cones in a square around the Ledsreact Basic.
  4. Place the start cone outside the square.
  5. The player runs with the ball towards the Ledsreact Basic. He plays the ball in from the cone following the indicated direction.
Variation

  1. Cognitive training by following the opposite direction
  2. Have the players turn around the cone once. Place hurdles, a play ladder, or other obstacles between the cone and the Ledsreact Basic.
  3. Use colored zones instead of directions.
  4. Place a keeper in the goal.
