Training Opportunities with the Detection Zone

Training Opportunities with the Detection Zone

1. Walk to the detection zone.

The Ledsreact Basic has a detection zone of 4 meters. When a person enters that zone, they will receive an unexpected signal.
See Exercise 1

2. Stay in the 4-meter detection zone.

When a player stays in the detection zone, they will receive a signal every 2 to 3 seconds so they can train in a small area.
See Exercise 2

This exercise book was created in collaboration with trainers, coaches, and experts. Each of them provided an insight into the use of Direction. Exercise 1 is a great example of this.
